EARLY PHAN PARTY. 10:30AM to noon, Game On hosts a party for the Phans who can't wait for the Festival to start at noon.  Phantom Gourmet on TV38 will be all the TVs, Game On will serve their famous buffalo wings, and the Andelman brothers will all stop by to say hi.
